缺貨及退款安排

一般缺貨情況有兩種:
(1)在下單前已斷貨
(2)配貨過程中出現缺貨

如遇到上述情況,我們會立刻通知顧客,並將貨品款項全數退回顧客的銀行户口內 ; 

客戶亦可以選擇換購其他相同價值或補回差價的貨品

關於商品退換

為避免雙方發生任何爭議,當顧客收到商品後,請即時檢查商品是否完整。

請買家在購買前先仔細考慮商品的尺寸,顏色 ,洗滌方法及用料等。

訂單付款後,不能取消或更改訂單內容,請顧客小心核實所訂購的商品。

若顧客收到商品後,發現貨品有問題,請在簽收商品後的48小時內,清楚拍下該件貨品有問題的部份,連同訂單編號及商品編號,以電郵方式上傳到 sappireshop@gmail.com

我們收到有問題的貨品照片後,會將相關的照片進行品質評估,並會書面通知客戶,

回覆確認後,顧客須將有問題的貨品在一星期內寄出,寄回我們指定退貨地址並通知我們。

如確實該貨品存在問題,我們便會為客戶換貨,換貨只接受重訂同款同色同碼的貨品。

若重訂的貨品缺貨,我們會在一星期內把款項退回到客戶帳號內,或將款項全數退回客戶的銀行户口內。

以下情況不可以申請退款及退換

1) 顧客未能在簽收貨品後48小時內,提供有問題的貨品照片

2) 超過退貨期限

3) 貨品洗滌之後

4) 人為破壞

5) 個別貨品斷貨,要求訂單中其他貨品退款

6) 因運送問題延遲到貨時間  (會視乎實際情況可大家商量 )

7) 貨品拆掉標纖,沒有吊牌

8) 主觀原因: 如穿著後不好看,有小線頭,質料比想像中不同,尺碼不合適

9) 色差: 由於每部電腦或手機的顯示器設置不同,加上每個人對顏色,深淺度的定義有所差異,

以及拍攝時燈光照射等原因,實物顏色與照片可能出現差異屬正常情況。所有商品顏色皆以實物為主

10) 購買後,衣服尺寸不合適,不能退換貨品

11) 尺寸: 誤差少於或等於4cm,每件商品質料和量度方法不同,請參閱貨品頁內的詳細資料

12) 已付款後,修改訂單中貨品顏色,尺碼及款式

13) 彈性商品: 顧客穿著後導致變形,因此不能完全按照貨品上尺寸標準要求退款

14) 深顏色的貨品可能出現脫色,如牛仔布料等

15) 針織類貨品因摩擦引起毛粒出現

16) 錯誤的洗滌方法,使商品變形,縮小,配飾丟掉或起毛粒問題等


貨品退換貨的基本原則

運費需由客戶承擔, 除非是本公司發錯貨。

In case of the above situation, we will notify the customer immediately 
and return the full amount of the goods to the customer's bank account; Customers can also choose to exchange for other products of the same value
or make up the difference in price. About product return In order to avoid any disputes between the two parties, when the customer
receives the goods, please immediately check whether the goods are complete. Please carefully consider the size, color, washing method and materials
of the product before purchasing. After the order is paid, the content of the order cannot be cancelled or changed.
Please verify the ordered goods carefully. If the customer finds that there is a problem with the product after receiving
the product, please clearly photograph the problematic part of the product
within 48 hours after signing for the product, together with the order number
and product number, and upload it to sappireshop@gmail.com by email. After we receive the photos of the goods in question, we will evaluate the
quality of the photos and notify the customer in writing.
After confirming the reply, the customer must send the item in question 
within one week, return it to our designated return address and notify us. If it is true that there is a problem with the item, we will exchange it
for the customer, and only accept reorders of the same item, same color and same code. If the reordered item is out of stock, we will refund the money to the customer's
account within one week, or return the full amount to the customer's bank account. Refunds and exchanges cannot be applied for in the following cases 1) The customer fails to provide a photo of the product in question
within 48 hours after signing for the product 2) beyond the return period 3) After the item is washed 4) Vandalism 5) Some items are out of stock, and other items in the order are required to be refunded 6) The arrival time is delayed due to shipping problems
(it will be negotiable depending on the actual situation) 7) The goods have no standard fiber, no hang tag 8) Subjective reasons: if it doesn't look good after wearing, there are
small threads, the material is different than expected, the size is not suitable 9) Color difference: Due to the different monitor settings of each
computer or mobile phone, plus each person's definition of color and depth is different, It is normal that there may be differences between the actual color and
the photo due to the lighting and other reasons when shooting.

10) After purchase, the clothes are not the right size and cannot be returned or exchanged

11) Size: The error is less than or equal to 4cm, the material and 
measurement method of each product are different, please refer to the product page for details 12) After payment has been made, modify the color, size and style of the items in the order 13) Elastic product: The customer will deform after wearing it, so it
cannot be fully refunded according to the size standard on the product 14) Dark colored items may appear discolored, such as denim, etc. 15) Knitted goods appear fuzz due to friction 16) Wrong washing method, deformation, shrinkage of goods, loss of accessories
